PERSONAL HANDBOOK v1.0

I. MISSION STATEMENT:


Imploring the aid of the Almighty, by 2030, We shall be a highly capable, effective and credible police service working in partnership with a responsive community towards the attainment of a safer place to live, work and do business.








II. VISION STATEMENT:

The LSPD shall enforce the law, prevent and control crimes, maintain peace and order, and ensure public safety and internal security with the active support of the community.







III. MOTTO

"To protect, and to serve"








IV. RULES & REGULATIONS

All rules of being a PD officers are enlisted here, and this must be follow.


1.0 GENERAL


(( IC ))

  1. All members are prohibited of sharing Illegal contents.

  2. All members are prohibited of sharing information from his Division-mates or members to another individual.

  3. All members are prohibited using the Patrol vehicles for personal used only. Only those undercovered vehicles(Sultan, Turismo, Buffalo)

  4. All members should always be polite, especially when talking to a high ranks.

  5. All members are required to ask a permission from a high ranks to on-duty and off-duty.

  6. All members must respect and obey the high ranks.

  7. All members are not able to speak directly to the Chief, especially when the Chief is talking.

  8. All members are not allowed to used their uniform when their badges is off, unless they're undercovered orderd by a high ranks.

  9. All members are not allowed to used their Weapons from the locker for personal used only.

  1. Don't abuse faction weapons for Deathmatching.

  2. Don't used your power being a PD officer.

  3. Don't used your advantages being a PD officer.

  4. Always follow rules & regulations.






2.0 RADIO


(( IC ))

  1. All members are required to have their own codename when using radio.

  2. Never say your name or your Division-mate's name in radio, use your codename instead.

  3. Always end up your dialogue with "over".

  4. Never mention offensive or bad words when using radio.

  5. When dispatching, specify your exact location and coordinate with our Radio codes/callouts.



(( OOC ))

  1. Never mention smile symbol in any conversational unless you used /b and /pr.

  2. You must begin with a Big letter of your first word in your dialogue.

  3. Never mentioned any information which has no related to the game(FB, twitter, youtube, Player ID etc.) when using radio.

  4. Never tell a lie.





3.0 ARRESTING



  1. Before launching a tazer to an individual, give them a warning first.

  2. Never give a crime(wanted) to an individual with an invalid reason.





4.0 VEHICLE



  1. Make sure you return the Police vehicle after you used to the Department's garage.

  2. Never leave your Police vehicle in the middle of the road.

  3. Don't use Police Vehicle for your personal use.

Police Department has several types of Vehicles which has their own purposes, Please read it below(with images).

Cop Bike (HPV-1000)
This is used for patrolling.

This is use for a Special Operations often used by SWAT Divisions.

Police Car.
Is a ground vehicle used by police for transportation during patrols and to enable them to respond to incidents.. Good for 4 person.

Special Police Car.
This is used to any special event/activities by the Highest rank occupant.

Ranger
Ranger is not meant to be an assault vehicle, but a rapid defensive platform-type vehicle instead.

Armored Car.
Armored car is a combat vehicle, protected by strong armour which combines operational mobility, tactical offensive, and defensive capabilities. Used for Special Operations.

Water Tank.
This tank has a tough defensive capabilities but weak offense filled with water. This is used for Special Operations.

Tow truck
Is a truck used to move disabled, improperly parked, impounded, or otherwise indisposed vehicles.

Sultan.
Is an under covered vehicles and also used for transportation to respond the incidents. Looks like a normal vehicle.

Turismo
Is an under covered vehicles and also used for transportation to respond the incidents. Looks like a normal vehicle.

Buffalo

Arrest

Resisting Arrest:
Preventing arrest by a Law Enforcement Officer by breaking cuffs or assaulting them. (( In cases of
Logging/Tabbing to avoid))

Vehicular Assault:
Repeatedly attempting, or succeeding, at ramming a person or their vehicle with another vehicle.
$500 Ticket OR Arrest[Based on severity]

Grand Theft Auto:
Attempting, or succeeding
, at hijacking the vehicle of another person without their consent.

Possession of Illegal Narcotics:
The possession of illegal narcotics (drugs).

5.3 Hybrid Offences

Obstruction of Justice:
Interfering with a Law Enforcement Officer(s) and attempting (or being successful) in preventing them from doing their duty.

Failure to Comply:
Failing to comply with direct orders from a Law Enforcement Officer, such as someone who keeps driving after being told to pull over.

Mischief:
Annoying action, or conduct or activity that playfully causes petty annoyance.

Criminal Mischief:
A crime against property; the willful damaging of the property of another. Punishable in a criminal court but may also be dealt with as a civil tort. Such offenses may include throwing rocks through windows, spray painting graffiti, slashing car tires, or other acts of vandalism.

Possession of Illegal Firearm(s):
The possession of one or more illegal firearm(s).

Shooting a firearm in public when unauthorized to do so, it's legal within your own property.

Conspiracy:
Planning to commit a crime with or without assistance from others.

Assisting in the commission of a crime, but not actually partaking in the unlawful activity.

Aiding and Abetting:

Hit and Run:
Colliding with an individual, or their vehicle, and then leaving the scene without consulting that person.

Trafficking:
Selling or trading illegal items; materials, firearms or narcotics.

Prostitution:
Exchanging sexual acts for valuables or common currency.

Harassment:
Persistent offensive behaviour, be it verbally, physically and/or sexually.

5.4 Indictable Offences

Attempted Murder: Attempt attaking someone’s life.
Arrest

Murder:
Causing the death of a human being with the means of causing death whether it was planned and deliberate, contracted, committed against an identified peace officer, during the commission of a hijacking of an aircraft, during the commission of sexual assault, during the commission of kidnapping, hostage taking, during the commission of deploying explosives, or during intimidation.

Instigating Public Anarchy:
Causing people to go into a state of *******ness and disorder.

Kidnapping:
Taking somebody against their will, and quite often, asking for money for their return.

Robbery:
Using intimidation, threats, or firearms to take things from somebody or stealing another way, for example, robbing the bank.

Rape:
Forcing somebody to have sexual intercourse with you, even though it it completely against their will.

Bribery:
Attempting to bribe a Law Enforcement Officer for freedom.

Assault:
Issuing a threat with the means to carry it out/attacking somebody.

Extortion:
Acquiring money, property, or services by use of intimidation or other acts.

Hostage Taking:
Taking hostages in an attempt to get things in return for their lives.

Domestic Terrorism:
Any act that attempts to overthrow the government or start anarchy, or any attempt to 'terrorize' on a large scale.

X.COMMANDS

Lockers  /locker
The locker room is an important part of the LSPD, as you will get your uniform and weapons here.

Radio Frequency (/r)adio
This radio is used to talk to other LSPD officers. It must be used ICly. Secondary Radio Frequency /f This can be used to communicate with other fellow LSPD members too but it is used OOCly.

Department Radio (/d)
This radio is used to talk with all other departments. Only officers and above are allowed to use without permission. Cadets can use the department radio in the case of emergencies and they can be given permission by high command to use.

Gate Control  /gate
This will operate both the garage and parking area gates.

Megaphone (/m)egaphone
It is used to alert anybody within a large area. It is commonly used in pursuits.

Wanted List  /wanted
This will show the list of wanted suspects.

Adding Charges (/su)spect ]Cadets CANNOT do this without permission]
This is the most significant command in the Police Department as it adds a crime to a suspect (a "star") so that you may arrest them. Never metagame or powergame anybody with this command.

Ticketing  /ticket
Tickets are issued to individuals for minor crimes and referred as a warning.

Arresting  /arrest ]Cadets CANNOT do this without permission]
When you have finished adding charges, go to the arrest point and /arrest a suspect that is nearer to you.

Frisking ]Has to be RPed]  /frisk
This is used to search for illegal weaponry or drugs on a body.


Cuffing  /cuff
This will place cuffs on the suspect as long as their hands are up or they're tazed.

Uncuffing  /uncuff
Used to uncuff a suspect if you feel he/she is innocent etc after you have /cuff’ed him/her.

Detaining  /detain
After when you cuff a suspect, RPly push him/drag him into the third seat of the cruiser using the command.

Calling for Backup  /backup
When you are in need of help, you can use this to alert all officers so they can come and help you.

Cancelling Backup  /nobackup
When you no longer require assistance or when the situation has ended, use this command.

Displaying your badge  /badge
This will put on, or put away, your badge; causing your name to swap between blue and white. It should be on while patrolling.

Showing your Badge  /showbadge
When you have used this, it will show your badge to another person which contains information of your department, your rank and name.

Radargun  /radargun
This item can be used to check the speed of the car when in motion or capture license plate number of a vehicle.

MDC Speed Radar  /radar [To be used when inside a vehicle]
This can be used to check the speed of the car that you are presently travelling in.

Destroying cannabis  /destroyplant
This command will allow you to destroy cannabis before it has been grown or harvested.

Civilian vehicles  /vcheck, /vmdc, /vticket
These three commands allow you to check a vehicles registration, giving you a list of unpaid tickets, car type, and the owner's name. Once you have the vehicle ID you can place a ticket on it, which automatically costs $1000.


Mobile Desktop Computer  /mdc
This command allows you to use your Mobile Desktop Computer while inside any vehicle to check records, find people, etc.

Towing vehicles  /tow
This command will attach a vehicle to your vehicle’s hook RPly. Be sur
e to RP attaching your hook into the vehicle.

Detaching vehicles  /untow
This command will detach a vehicle that you have in tow. You can tow a vehicle, park it legally on the right side using your truck and then detach your hook.

Impounding vehicles  /impound
This command will impound a vehicle when used outside the LSPD garage and send it to the Dillimore DMV. A vehicle should only be impounded when it has outstanding tickets or you have been ordered to.

Releasing vehicles  /dmvrelease
This command will release a vehicle from the DMV with no charge. Searching a vehicle /searchcar & /checktruck These two commands are used to check the trunk of a car or truck for any illegal items.  /searchcar can be used on a player owned vehicle if you suspect it contain any illegal item.  /checktruck

Deploying  /deployspikes
This command will either lay a set of road spikes, destroying a cars wheels to alert people not to pass or to make a detour and follow them. -SERGEANTS AND ABOVE ONLY

Destroying  /destroyspikes
This command is the opposite of deploy, allowing you to remove them instead. You can check the existing objects and it's ID, which you must delete it by, with
/spikestrip

Deploying Large Barricades  /deploycade
This will place a
large
blockade that will stop any vehicle dead in its tracks. This is useful to prevent access to certain areas. Sergeants and above only.

Removing Barricades  /destroycade
This will remove any nearby barricades
(nearest barricade regardless of large or small)
. Sergeants and above only.

Government announcement ( /gov)ernment
This command will cause a large announcement to be broadcasted to everybody, it should never be abused as it's not only for legal factions to see.
Captain and above only.

Respawn all faction cars:  /respawnfreefactionvehs
This is used to respawn all unoccupied faction vehicles, can and may be only used by the Chief.

Tazer :  /tazer
This command is used to holster and unholster your tazer.

Revoking Driving license :  /revokedl ]Strong reason required]
This command will allow you to revoke a person’s driver’s license, disallowing them from
driving. Only
revoke a person’s license with a strong legit reason.

Revoke Boat License :  /revokeboatdl ]Strong reason required]
This command is used to revoke a boating license.

Revoke Pilot License :  /revokeairdl ]Strong reason required]
This command is used to revoke a pilot’s license.

Confiscate illegal items :  /take ]CADETS cannot use this command]
This command is used to take illegal items off a suspect after frisking.

Forcibly entering a house :  /ram [Abuse will result in DIRECT FACTION-KICK]
This command is used to forcibly enter a suspect’s house.

Division Radio ( DET / SWAT / IA / RED etc ) :  /d ]Abuse will not be tolerated]
This radio frequency is used to communicate with people of your Division.

Dispatch Radio ( Dispatch to All Units ) :  /dispatch ]Abuse will not be tolerated]
This radio frequency is used to send a message from Dispatch to All Units.

Checking records through fingerprint :  /fingerprint
If a suspect is restrained (cuffed), but refuses to tell you their name,
(IF suspect has a prior criminal record)
this command can be sued to check their Identity (Name, Age, Trash detected., Job, etc.)

Check on-going Turfs :  /turfinfo
This is used to check the status and time of any on-going turfs
