Complaint at Zmik Leonez a moderator

This Moderator or a helper dont know to answer a question... He dont understand "English" Lets say he is a "Filipino". He is not good to be an Moderator or a helper.. Im just asking for a one "Question" "Which part of forums to apply as admin team?" and he keep saying "Admin is not hiring" and he keep giving the link of forums. Gawd... Please remove that guy.

@ RyanMiller, it's simple, Admins are Pinned Point via the Owner using P.R.I.D.E. Training Program.
I would like to /Unsupported this Complaint due of Lack of Evidence.
